Antique Home Opportunity

Hello everyone,

I have a niche in Antique properties and I just came across a home that is new to the market. If you know of anyone interested in grand old homes, please share my contact information with them and I'll be happy to show them some wonderful properties. I have attached a copy of the first page of the MLS data for this particular home, the picture quality isn't great, but believe me, the home will exceed your expectations!

Best, John… Continue

Wishes for my friends at Networked Events

Hello everyone,

I want to take a few minutes out of my crazy schedule to wish everyone happy holidays. Whether you celebrate St. Nicholas Day, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa or any other holiday, take a few minutes to acknowledge each other and remember that the holidays are all about spending time with people you enjoy.

I regret that I was not able to attend the Worcester event on the 10th, but I look forward to seeing all of you at one Networked Event or another in 2010.

Happy Holidays,
John

The Power of Effective Networking

We all wonder if we are doing enough to build our business. That little sliver of doubt that pokes us in the back of the brain every once in a while and reaches right to the insecurity button. Now that the first huge pulse of business that was the First Time Buyer Tax Incentive has passed, yes there's another one coming, I find that I have some time to review my business progress this year. One of the things that I came across is this… Continue

Single taxpayers and married couples filing a joint return may qualify for the full tax credit amount.

Hi John,

Thanks for the comment on my work. Where did you do failure analysis for 20 years? Also, from your experience do people with technical backgrounds come to this particular networking venue?

Thanks,
John Harmon

Hi John,

I was at the event, but I had left before you had spoken with Brian. Brian mentioned that he had spoke with you and that all of us should sit down sometime. I look forward to meeting you when you are able to schedule something with Brian.

You seem as busy as I am....why don't we look to meet the week after next. This way you will be done with your classwork and I will be done with mine. I don't really want to put it off that far but not sure we have a choice. Or we can always try to put something together last minute.
