I specialize in yacht buyer representation handling all aspects of the pre-buy, acquisition, setup and ongoing management phases of Yacht ownership. I do the work so my clients can play!

Ron Housman Certified Professional Yacht Broker

Ron, a Boston native, lives year-round on his 56 Hatteras motoryacht in Boston Harbor with his wife Susan. Jointly, they have over 24 years experience living aboard yachts and have become experts in the "field"! Having run all kinds of boats from the age of 9, and having lived 4 years in Miami during high school, he has been around boats and boating most of his life. After a 25 year career running a custom furnituremaking business, he decided to turn his passion for and extensive knowledge of yachts into a new career in yacht brokerage . Attention to detail, hard work and Ron's extensive service background,which also includes a Yacht Charter business and Aircraft sales and marketing,makes him well suited to serving his clients' needs. Ron is an instrument rated pilot as well as USCG 100Ton Master Licensed Captain. He also holds a Bachelors degree from Brown University in English Literature and Psychology.

When not selling floating toys, Ron likes playing with his own little collection.. Hobbies include flying,scuba diving,motorcycling and believe it or not: Boating. If Ron is not in the water, on the water, or under it, he is flying over it gawking at it!

He is always ready to help others share his passion for the water and the fun things that move people through it.
