- We offer an outsource CRO (Chief Retirement Office) services. We set-up and maintain both Qualified and Non-Qualified retirement plans. We help both the business owners and participants reach their retirement goals.

- A great deal of legal responsibilities come with operating a retirement plan. Having a professional focused on the fi duciary concerns of the owners will help ensure that the
plan runs within the legal guidelines. Spencer minimizes the stress of fiduciary compliance for his corporate clients. He does this by taking a proactive role in making sure annual reviews, employee education, and fiduciary
updates are done on a regular basis. He takes personal responsibility for action items that come up during annual reviews to lessen the administrative burden on his corporate clients.
As a recognized expert in the financial planning field Spencer speaks weekly on local radio programs. He also gives talks at industry conferences. As a member of BNI, a pastpresident of Lexington Rotary, and a member of
the Masonic Lodge of Lexington, he stays active
within the community.
Spencer earned his B.S. in Physics from Old Dominion University, his Certifi ed Financial Planner designation from the College for Financial Planning and his Accredited
Investment Fiduciary designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.
He holds series 6, 7, 63 and 24 securities
registrations. Spencer Betts is a registered
representative with LPL Financial and is a
licensed insurance agent.
