Are you a Twit? What's your status?

We just rolled out a new "status" updates feature across the Networked Events website. Now, you can update your status to let the community know what you are working on, share interesting information and more. You can also have your Networked Events profile automatically update your Twitter status.

Status updates are live for everyone, but the Twitter integration will require you to link your Networked Events profile to your Twitter account. Go to your "My Page Settings" page to link your Networked Events profile and Twitter account...it is VERY easy.

Easier Sharing Via Twitter

It is also easier to share the things you find on Networked Events via twitter now. Pretty much everything has a Twitter icon included now...if you enable the Twitter integration following the instructions above, you will be able to post things to your Twitter account without even leaving the Networked Events website.

More Visibility

Even if you don't use twitter or link your Networked Events profile to your Twitter account, the status feature is a great way to share things with the Networked Events community - it's also a great way to increase the visibility of your profile because your status updates will appear in the "recent activity" section on the homepage.
